PROJECT OVERVIEW

Bathroom and kitchen renovation

This client’s interior design goal was to turn her half bathroom into a bright, functional, modern guest bathroom. Replacing the shower wall with a glass panel created more space, and privacy film allowed natural light to stream through the floor-to-ceiling windows. A flat panel vanity, integrated sink, and large format subway tile contribute to this modern bathroom design.

5 years later this client was ready to renovate her ensuite bathroom and her kitchen.

The navy and white theme of her bedroom carried into the bathroom. A shower with a built-in seat replaced a tub, allowing her to age in place, safely.

In the kitchen, storage was maximized with full-height cabinets, a pantry, and efficient corner storage. Cabinet drawers allow for ease of use, and a modular track lighting system brightens the space. In an effort to maximize seating, a waterfall counter and pendants spill into the living space. This client now enjoys facing her living room windows while she eats, works, or entertains.
